Rush Training

What is Rush Training?

Rush training is a specific type of training where we practice realistic situations where the attackers are "rushing" you with an additional level of chaos, unpredictability and - in most cases - with a high level of momentum.

Why are we offering this special training?

This type of training has been requested by several students and the instructor team has been working on a training plan that will be challenging, but very educational.

What will we be teaching?

Safety Equipment

We highly recommend you wear headgear with a full metal cage covering your entire face as well as, for the men, groin protection. We recommend that you use a mouthguard, knee pads, elbow pads and anything else you deem necessary. Click the images below to find the recommended equipment on Amazon.

Note about Safety Equipment

You are most welcome to participate in this training even if you don't have safety equipment. The instructor team will enable you to do this training at the level you are experienced - and to the limit of your safety equipment. Even training without the recommended safety equipment, you will learn many useful techniques.

For students with unlimited membership cards, this training is free. For students with punch cards, this training is one clip per evening.
